Wockhardt Hospitals, a reputed chain of tertiary care super speciality hospitals in India, has been recognised for its contribution to the field of healthcare and society. At the recently concluded ‘National Awards for Excellence in Healthcare’ in Mumbai, Sterling Wockhardt Hospital won accolades in the categories Award for the “ Healthcare & Social Care Support Award “ – for CSR activity they conducted the entire year.
Under the CSR activity Wockhardt Hospitals is conducting Joy of Giving initiatives from last 3 year in which patients, doctors and office staff collects books, cloths, toys and stationery for underprivileged children in Raigad & Taloja. At the same time Sterling Wockhardt Hospital conducts regular awareness activity for accident & trauma through street plays in Navi Mumbai. Last year Sterling Wockhardt hospital has celebrated children’s Day with street children in Vashi who sold toys and balloons on traffic signals in Navi Mumbai. Sterling Wockhardt Hospital distributed cloths and toys to these children.
