Bhatia Hospital bags three awards in a day


Bhatia hospital, a leading 209 bed multi-specialty hospital in the heart of Mumbai city was felicitated for its contribution in the category of ‘Excellence in customer service,’ ‘Best patient care & Services,’ and ‘Best Hospitality in Healthcare’ awards in the Healthcare industry by National Awards & Global Awards for Excellence in Quality Management leadership held at Bandra Taj Lands’ End.

These awards are given in recognition of efforts made by the healthcare organizations in pursuit of excellence.  An independent panel of judges including eminent names assessed healthcare Bhatia-Hospitalproviders from across the country in more than 80 categories that made the highest impact on performance and quality metrics. Bhatia Hospital was awarded Certificate of Merit for Excellence in service & Best Hospitality in Healthcare at the gala ceremonies held at Bandra Taj Lands’ End.

Earlier also we had won Best Hospital of the year award in healthcare industry by Golden Globe awards in 2016.

Shrikant V Soman, Chief Executive Officer, Bhatia Hospital said on the occasion, “It is a moment of great pride for all of us at Bhatia Hospital. This is the third time in this year that we bagged awards and that too three awards in a day. This was made possible only because of the strong support from our medical fraternity as well as our staff members. It is our ongoing effort  to adopt the ‘value based continuous process re-engineering’ to take our esteemed institution to scale greater heights in patient care and make us proud of being part of this august institution.
